A gorgeous, glossy oval cabochon opal, weighing 4.87 carats, displays an ethereal array of electric pastel rainbow colors (just about all of them), while embraced on each side by sparkling crescents composed of tiny bright-white round brilliant-cut diamonds, in this resplendent smile maker rendered in gleaming 18K yellow gold. Just shy of 3/4 inch. Currently ring size 6.
