From the glamorous and fabulous forties, this cool Retro jewel presents an enchanting 2.90 carat silvery moonstone glistens and glows from within a double scallop shell motif mounting, accented on each shoulder with a trio of small bright red faceted synthetic* rubies. Crafted in sturdy, gleaming 10K yellow gold, currently ring size 7. *Back in the day, due to their uniformity of color and flawless clarity, synthetic colored stones were considered a modern improvement over their natural counterparts, their virtually undetectable differences only discernible through a microscope.
