A glowing, dusky wine-red oval cabochon garnet is pierced in the center with a glittering rose cut diamond-set star, all of which are orbited by eight more tiny twinkling rose cuts, in this sweet and lovely Victorian treasure. Hand fabricated in 18K yellow gold during the second half of the 19th century, the pendant suspends from a new 16-inch chain.
