A jubilant company of nine crisply sparkling old mine and European cut diamonds creates a bright flower-like cluster that is beautifully buttressed by shoulders decorated with a fancy scroll design, in this charming Victorian jewel by Chicago, Illinois jeweler Spaulding & Co.
