An ethereal 1.70 carat cabochon moonstone surrounded by six lustrous pearls (four natural and two cultured) and as many bright and shining round brilliant-cut diamonds, gleam, glow and sparkle atop a bright 14K gold shank, in this dreamy Mid-Century vintage jewel. Total diamond weight, .40 carat. Currently ring size 8.
